<p>•Pickup from your accommodations in Moshi and drive to Londorossi gate for registration formalities</p><p>•Proceed with the drive to Shira gate to initiate the hike</p><p>•Start climbing through the beautiful forest to reach Simba camp </p><p>•Dinner and sleep at the camp</p><p></p>

<p>•Trek into the moorland zone while approaching the volcanic rock formations on Shira plateau</p><p>•Continue walking to reach Shira cathedral which will lead to Shira 2 camp </p><p>•Have rest upon arrival while waiting for dinner to be served</p><p></p>

<p>•Acclimatization day where you trek from Shira plateau towards Lava tower, a 300 ft tall volcanic rock formation</p><p>•Arrive at the tower around midday for rest and a lunch break</p><p>•Descend the tower for a short hike to Barranco camp</p><p>•Rest upon arrival while waiting for dinner to be served</p><p>•An overnight stay at the camp</p><p></p>

<p>•Start by a steep climb up the Barranco wall of 900 ft high</p><p>•Proceed walking across a series of hills and valleys to approach Karanga valley where you will break for lunch</p><p>•Trek out of Karanga to reach Mweka junction (4150m)</p><p>•Proceed with the hike to join Mweka trail which finally leads to Barafu Camp</p><p>•Have much rest and drink lot of water upon arrival while waiting for dinner</p><p>•Retire to bed early by 07:00 p.m</p><p></p>

<p>•Wake up around 23:30 for a hot cup of coffee and putting on trekking gears </p><p>•By midnight, transfer to the base of the mountain for the final summit attempt</p><p>•Hike through the volcanic scree to reach Stella point at 5735 m</p><p>•Rest a while and make the final 1:30 hour round trip to Uhuru peak (Africa’s highest peak)</p><p>•Get time for photographs while feeling accomplished standing at the roof of Africa</p><p>•After much celebrations and rest, start descending to reach Mweka camp in the evening</p><p>•Dinner and overnight stay at the camp</p><p></p>

<p>•Have breakfast and go for a short walk to finally reach Machame gate</p><p>•Upon arrival, show appreciation to the team by tipping them</p><p>•Get awarded with certificates whereby golden certificates are given to hikers who reached Uhuru peak and green certificates for Stella point hikers</p><p>•Return back to Mweka village for a drive to Moshi/Arusha town or a flight back home</p><p></p>
